We are pleased to announce that the Tamil Nadu Climate Change Mission (TNCCM), Department of Environment and Climate Change, Government of Tamil Nadu, has accepted the proposal submitted by Dr. P. Thenmozhi, Head of the Department of Zoology, and Dr. T. Ganesh Kumar, Assistant Professor & Coordinator of the Enviro Club, St. Joseph’s College of Arts and Science , Cuddalore. As part of this initiative, TNCCM has also sanctioned a grant of 1,00,000 to support the successful organization of a National Workshop on Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability. This workshop aims to bring together researchers, academicians, environmentalists, and students to discuss the pressing issue of climate change, its impact on biodiversity, and sustainable environmental practices.
