Today, All work place and education institutions in India are mandated by law to provide a safe and secured environment free from Sexual harassment for all women.

Internal Complaints Committee of the college is constituted as per the guidelines of UGC and the Supreme Court for a healthy and safe atmosphere for the girl students, Female faculty and Female non-teaching staff of the college. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established by the College in the Academic year 2019-2020. This committee has been constituted under the Policy, Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal for Sexual Harassment of Women in the College premises.

Vision:
To provide awareness about sexual harassment and promotion of secured physical and social environment free from gender-based discrimination in the college campus.

Mission:
1. To promote the well-being of girl students and women employeesby providing congenial atmosphere and extending supportive services like Counselling and Redressal of complaints.
2. The College practices zero tolerance policy to any form of sexual harassment in the campus.
3. All complaints pertaining to harassment will be considered seriously and Disciplinary action will be taken against the guilty.
4. Fake complaints and wrong information will also be treated as violation of the policy.

Activities
Seminars, and Awareness programmes are organized as proactive measures to prevent any kind of exploitation.The College Internal Complaints Committee meet once in a Year (beginning of an Academic year) and also as and when needed.
