In the wake of the fourth cycle of NAAC accreditation, the role of faculty has become more critical than ever in maintaining and enhancing the quality benchmarks set by the institution. To address this imperative, St. Joseph’s College of Arts & Science College (Autonomous) Cuddalore conducted a staff workshop on “Teacher – Post NAAC Accreditation” on 26-07-2025 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a focused agenda to equip faculty with the necessary insights, strategies, and collaborative frameworks for continuous academic improvement The program aimed to create awareness about evolving expectations from teachers in the post-accreditation phase, emphasizing research productivity, student mentoring, digital integration, and innovative pedagogical practices essential for sustaining excellence and institutional credibility.
